Running is not a sport, it is a passion.
Last March 24, 2012,it was Saturday another great event was produced and organized by Rogin- E Last Man Running 2 in The Fort, Taguig. I was there! 😀 but I ran only on a 5+2 category or 7kms. In this event I met one of our friends from Malaysia,Mr. Naam Nastaien. He is a Telecommunication Engineer of Huwai Technologies in Malaysia.

He was here in our country for some projects to their clients. He also loves to run and this was his first time to run here in the Philippines in Rogin-E Last Man Running. He joined one of the biggest run event in Malaysia, the Penang Bridge International Marathon last November 2011 (PBIM) he ran on a half-marathon category. Every two months he go back to Malaysia to updat his VISA, because only two months is the stay period of his VISA here in our country.
In sharing of his experience, he said that he was dissappointed on his time 00:35:44 because he wish to get the 7kms below 30 minutes but he really enjoyed the run. The reason he got this record because of no regular practice and training. Looking forward, he will join the Yakult 10 miler run on April 1, 2012.

Thanks Naam for sharing this experience. I hope this simple article might encourage our readers, runners,co-runners or want to be a runner, Filipino or not, every one of us must have passion, a passion that will keep us fit and healthy.
